Add a bill or statement in three easy steps

In just minutes, you’ll be able to add bills and statements to your epost account and avoid the hassle of dealing with multiple websites’ usernames and passwords.

  1. Sign up and go to your Inbox. Make sure to have your paper bills ready so that you can easily access your billing information.
  2. Select “Add a NEW Bill/Statement” or select “Subscribe” from one of the mailers in your area, listed in your Inbox.
  3. Once you have made your selection, you will be prompted to fill in your bill or statement information. Select “Save & Complete Later” if you would like to finish your subscription at a later time.

Select a bill from your Inbox to view. To easily pay for the bill, you can select the “$” action button directly from the Inbox or select “Pay” from within the bill view.

Avoid unnecessary fees by setting reminders to help with payment schedules.

To setup a reminder, go to ‘Edit Profile’ and select
‘My Notifications’. Select the delivery method you’d prefer and the email or phone number the alert should go to. You can also setup a reminder to check your epost digital mailbox.

Your bills and statements will be stored within your digital mailbox for up to seven years. The Canada Revenue Agency recommends keeping any supporting documents for six years — epost houses your documentation to support your claims in case you are selected for review.
